Exploring entrepreneurship in the academic environment

The entrepreneurial university has taken a prodigious influence globally, and studies show the expedient value of entrepreneurship in universities performing innumerable activities alongside their main objectives teaching research. Universities worldwide are adopting through creating models methods. Collaboration research, industry, government entities is crucial to fulfill innovative systems academic environment. This study evaluates faculty impact on education by focusing work experience, position, involvement technical projects, international private sector experience. Analysis Variances (ANOVA), Least Significant Difference (LSD) assessments conducted support results our hypotheses variables understanding interpersonal aspects within organizations. • We evaluate staff perceptions toward university. Work with an scientific project last 5 years, experience working 6 months abroad, role models, gender differences. (LSD), post hoc comparisons independent sample t-tests reveal results.
